Antonio Conte has confirmed that John Terry and John Obi Mikel will both miss the trip to Hull on Saturday. Speaking at his pre-match press conference, the Italian said the game against Mike Phelan’s side has come too soon for the skipper John Tery and will have to do without the pair as they look to avoid three league defeats in a row.

A 3-0 spanking from Arsenal followed on from a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool and with so many avoidable goals conceded in both games, Conte confirmed Chelsea will face Hull without the calming influence of captain Terry.

Moussa Dembele can be the next Didier Drogba, claims Brendan Rodgers

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers claims French hotshot Moussa Dembele has what it takes to be the next Didier Drogba. The 20-year-old caught the eye with a superb display for the Bhoys against Manchester City in the Champions League in midweek, netting twice in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

His second goal, a deft hooked finish to give the hosts a 3-2 lead just after half time, was a moment of dazzling quality and composure. Dembele has made a flying start to his career north of the border after his summer move from Fulham with 12 goals in his first 16 games.

And his boss Rodgers, who spent four years on the Chelsea coaching staff seeing Drogba at close quarters, believes his young striker has the potential to match the Ivorian legend.

Guarantee Me More Signing then I Will Pen New Deal - Mesut Ozil Wants More Signings as Part of Arsenal Contract Talks

Mesut Ozil is reportedly pushing for Arsenal to make more reinforcements in the transfer market as one of his key requests during negotiations over a new contract. The Germany international is being tipped to put pen to paper on a new and improved deal at the Emirates Stadium, despite lengthy talks that failed to progress over the summer.

Ozil, who joined the Gunners from Real Madrid as their record signing in 2013, looks to be leaning towards staying with the club due to being happy with life in London and enjoying the trust of manager Arsene Wenger as a focal point of his team.

However, latest information from Bild states that the 27-year-old would like to see Arsenal be more active in terms of big-name signings, with Wenger failing to land some top targets such as Jamie Vardy and Alexandre Lacazette in the most recent transfer window.

Chelsea Boss Antonio Conte Demanding Chelsea Squad Overhaul

Conte’s desire to change things at Chelsea is also down to his concern over player-power from several senior members of his squad, according to The Times. It was recently suggested that some big names in the Blues’ squad did not listen to instructions in the defeat to Arsenal, suggesting that last year’s performances under Jose Mourinho may have been more than just a blip.

The report also reveals that only N’Golo Kante was signed by Conte himself this summer, with Michy Batshuayi suggested by sporting director Michael Emenalo, and with David Luiz and Marcos Alonso only regarded as emergency options late on.

Allardyce, who also openly criticised his predecessor Roy Hodgson, claimed that ‘entrapment has won’ during his brief talk with the media on Wednesday morning.

‘The only thing I can say is that I like Sam, I feel sorry for that because I know that was a dream job,’ said Mourinho.

Jurgen Klopp Reveals the Secrete Behind Liverpool’s Electric Form

Jurgen Klopp expects his Liverpool attackers to keep sharing the goals as their impressive start to the Premier League season continues. Having scored 16 goals in six league games this season, Philippe Coutinho, Adam Lallana, Sadio Mane and James Milner have all managed to find the net three times each.

With Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi yet to score, Liverpool’s forwards are falling behind their impressive array of midfielders with Roberto Firmino and Jordan Henderson both finding the golden touch.

Not concerned by his strikers misfiring, Jurgen Klopp believes the free-flowing nature of his attacking team is all a product of the style he has implemented at Anfield.

Sam Allardyce Quits England Job after Newspaper Sting

Sam Allardyce has left his position as England manager after the FA confirmed they had had mutually agreed a termination of the 61-year-old’s contract. Chelsea’s Problems Is Far Beyond Defence, Says Chelsea's Legend

Chelsea’s problems at the moment lie deeper than just poor performances in defence, according to former Blues winger Pat Nevin. Antonio Conte’s side were swept aside by Arsenal in last weekend’s Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium, losing 3-0 after conceding all three goals in a woeful first half performance.

Defenders such as Gary Cahill, David Luiz and Branislav Ivanovic have come under fire after back-to-back defeats in the league, having also struggled in a 2-1 home defeat to Liverpool the week before.

However, Nevin believes the rest of Chelsea’s outfield players, particularly in midfield, have to do more to support the back four as they were left horribly exposed to Arsenal’s in-form attack.

England Boss Sam Allardyce Close to Being Sacked at FA Summit Following Undercover Sting

The Football Association are close to sacking Sam Allardyce as England manager just two months on from his appointment. There were initial fears the 25-year-old could be sidelined for a lengthy spell when he left the ground in a knee brace, amid suggestions he may have aggravated an injury suffered at West Brom that kept him out for more than two months last season.

However, a scan has revealed the injury is not serious and Coquelin appears likely to miss just two matches.

However, Simeone’s move for Costa was blocked and he instead recruited Sevilla striker Gameiro for €32million.

‘El Cholo [Simeone] phoned me and told me he wanted Diego Costa, but it was very difficult and I was the other option,’ Gameiro told Cadena COPE.

Chelsea are Targeting Antoine Griezmann and Antonio Rudiger

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly ready to spend big in the transfer market on players like Antoine Griezmann and Antonio Rudiger if the Blues’ poor form continues. It’s not been the best of starts under new manager Antonio Conte, with back-to-back Premier League defeats to Liverpool and Arsenal highlighting some real weaknesses in this Chelsea squad.

The west Londoners only managed a 10th place finish in the league last season, but have struggled to adequately replace some of their ageing stars since then.

Eden Hazard Didn’t Follow Antonio Conte’s Instructions in Chelsea’s Defeat to Arsenal, Claims Former Blues Striker

Eden Hazard has been accused of failing to follow Antonio Conte’s instructions in Chelsea’s 3-0 defeat to Arsenal. The forward was singled out by former Blues striker Tony Cascarino. In the aftermath of Saturday’s embarrassing defeat at the Emirates, Branislav Ivanovic revealed that some of the players didn’t believe in what they had been asked to do by the Italian manager.

‘We didn’t believe in what we were doing at the beginning and we were punished,’ said the defender. ‘As a team we didn’t answer anything the manager asked of us.’

Ivanovic didn’t name any team-mates individually, but Cascarino was more forthcoming.

‘Did they deliberately ignore the instructions? For me, I think they are uncomfortable in what he [Conte] is asking them to do,’ he told Sky Sports.

‘When players ignore instructions it is usually because they don’t want to do it. They want to be comfortable in their own game.

Kevin De Bruyne could Miss Crucial Manchester City Featues Including Barcelona Match

Kevin De Bruyne threatens to rock Manchester City’s serene start to the season amid reports he could be out injured for a month. The Belgium international has arguably been the best player in the blooming Pep Guardiola era, but an injury suffered towards the end of the 3-1 victory over Swansea on Saturday means the Premier League leaders may have to do without him.

Reports in Belgium suggest the midfielder will be sidelined for a month with what is thought to be a hamstring problem, although others suggest a full prognosis won’t be known until Tuesday at the earliest.

If De Bruyne were to be out for a month, that would set him on a fitness race for the EFL fourth round tie with Manchester United – which takes place at Old Trafford on 26 October – a month today.

PSG Defender Serge Aurier Sentenced to Two Months in Prison for Assaulting Police Officer

Controversial Paris Saint-Germain full-back Serge Aurier has been sentenced to two months in prison for violence towards a police officer. Manchester City Defeat Chelsea Ladies to Win WSL Title for the First Time

Manchester City have been crowned champions of the FA Women’s Super League thanks to a 2-0 victory over nearest rivals Chelsea. The Sky Blues went into the match against the reigning champions knowing that anything but defeat would see them clinch their first ever title but rather than play for a draw they won in style.

Jill Scott opened the scoring in front of a packed crowd at the City Football Academy when she headed in a corner at the near post. Toni Duggan than made sure of the result from the spot after Lucy Bronze had been brought down in the box.

The result means Manchester City remain unbeaten this season with just one game to play.

West ham are interested in signing Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas, according to reports. The east Londoners are keeping an eye on the midfielder’s situation at Stamford Bridge, with the Spaniard finding it difficult to get in to the starting XI under new manager Antonio Conte. The 29-year-old’s start against Arsenal on Saturday was his first in the Premier League this season, but he didn’t impress as the Blues were thrashed 3-0 by their north London rivals.

According to the Daily Mirror, Slaven Bilic and co. could take advantage of this and make a move for the former Arsenal ace.

Arsenal Centre-backs Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi are Better than Chelsea's Cahil and David Luiz Combined - According Stats

Does Per Mertesacker have the pace? Is Gabriel intelligent enough? Do Calum Chambers and Rob Holding have the maturity and experience required? When it comes to who should partner Laurent Koscielny at the back for Arsenal, it’s a case of questions, questions, questions. But it seems Shkodran Mustafi might be the answer.

In Arsenal’s first three games of the season, before Mustafi arrived, five Premier League goals were conceded. In the three game since the German joined, they’ve conceded two. That stat alone shows something’s improved at the back but the duo’s performance in the 3-0 win over Chelsea was incredibly promising for Arsenal fans.

‘Rashford plays and Lingard plays. The question I knew would be Rooney but the question should be why Lingard and Rashford,’ Mourinho said of his decision.

Victor Moses Never Worked Hard in Training Like this Before - Mikel Sates Why Moses Has Not Being Getting Playing Time Under Other Managers in Chelsea

Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel believes Victor Moses has improved recently after putting in more effort in training. The Nigeria international thinks his international teammate has started to try harder under new manager Antonio Conte, and this has resulted in the winger getting more chances in the first team.

Moses has made seven appearances in all competitions for the Blues this season, scoring twice.

‘He looks to me a changed player, a player who wants to be here,’ Mikel told Goal.

‘He wants to work hard in training because before that has been the big problem with Victor – he doesn’t train well and then the managers don’t want to play him.

Manchester United will reportedly have to pay Bastian Schweinsteiger’s wages in FULL to release the German midfielder from Old Trafford. The 32-year-old is deemed surplus to requirements at the Theatre of Dreams and Jose Mourinho left the veteran out of the side’s Europa League squad.

Schweinsteiger said he will not play for another European club if he leaves the Red Devils but possible suitors have been put off by his huge wage demands.

The former Germany captain is on around £150,000-a-week at Old Trafford and Squawka claim the midfielder wants his wages paid in full if he is to leave the club.

Jose Mourinho Vows to Break Arsene Wenger's Face One Day

The deep-lying hatred between Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger has finally been unearthed. In a 12-year battle, Mourinho and Wenger have endured bitter wars of words and, on one particular occasion, took their rivalry to a physical duel on the touchline.

The constant bickering between the two managers reached boiling point when Mourinho, who was in charge of Chelsea at the time, responded to Wenger’s ‘fear to fail’ jibe with a very public dressing down of the Arsenal boss.

‘You know, he is a specialist in failure. Eight years without a piece of silverware, that’s failure. If I do that at Chelsea I leave London and I don’t come back,’ Mourinho infamously said.

However, in a new and explosive book on Mourinho by journalist Rob Beasley which is being serialised by Sportsmail, the extent of their hatred has reached a whole new level:

LMC Boosts Women League with N10 Million

The League Management Company has come to the rescue of the Nigeria Women Football League with the sum of N10 million, for the NWFL to successfully prosecute the second round of the season.

A number of Clubs had ran foul of the provisions of the NWFL regulations, failing to honour three matches, and were subsequently thrown out of the League. However, with the latest lifeline, the NWFL will now be able to pay indemnities of match officials, taking the responsibility off host teams.

“We are happy for this lifeline from the League Management Company. This gesture has come as part of the NFF’s promise to take the Women’s League, and the entire women football sector, to a new level.

The 59-year-old Nigerian is worth £9.8 billion and is ranked the 67th richest person in the world by Forbes. Dangote made his fortune in cement, sugar and flour but according to Bloomberg he lost £4.1bn this year due to the depreciation of Nigeria’s currency and a drop in commodities prices.

In an interview with Bloomberg, Dangote insisted that there’s ‘there’s no doubt’ that he would purchase Arsenal.

‘Maybe three to four years,’ he said.

‘The issue is that we have more challenging headwinds. I need to get those out the way first and start having tailwinds. Then I’ll focus on this.

Lionel Messi Ruled Out for Three Weeks with Groin Strain

Lionel Messi will be out for three weeks after suffering a groin strain as he limped off in Barcelona's 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid. The five-time World Player of the Year missed Argentina's World Cup qualifier with Venezuela earlier this month due to the problem and only started Barca's shock 2-1 defeat to Alaves 10 days ago on the bench as coach Luis Enrique bedded him back into action gently.

After an innocuous tussle with Atletico's Diego Godin in the second half of Wednesday night's La Liga clash at the Nou Camp, the 29-year-old went down holding his groin, and was eventually brought off looking distraught.

Barcelona confirmed on their Twitter account after the game that the Argentine will be out for three weeks with a groin strain in his right leg.

Meet Chelsea Scoring Sensation Tammy Abraham Who Has Scored 9 Goals in 11 Appearances This Season

With 38 Chelsea players currently out on loan at different clubs, it is not unusual for the Blues have to have so many players away from home. However, it is unusual for one to score nine goals in just 11 appearances and that brings us to Bristol City’s current goal machine and Chelsea youngster, Tammy Abraham.

The 18-year-old has been in sensational form in the Championship with six in eight appearances and added to his impressive tally on Wednesday night by helping City knock Fulham out of the EFL Cup by coming on to score a 90th minute winner.

There’s no question the Chelsea kid is talented, but who is he and does he have what it takes to break into Antonio Conte’s first-team?

Manchester United's Legend Urges Jose Mourinho to Start Marcus Rashford Ahead of Rooney against Leicester City

Former Manchester United defender Phil Neville believes Marcus Rashford has done enough to earn a starting place against Leicester City. Rashford, who once again found himself a substitute for United’s EFL Cup clash against Northampton, came off the bench to change the game as the Red Devils ran out 3-1 winners.

Given limited chances by the Portuguese manager, Phil Neville believes it is finally time for Rashford to be given his chance in United’s next Premier League game.

Chelsea showed tremendous spirit after the setback of losing at home to Liverpool last Friday. Chelsea’s remarkable comeback against Leicester City in the EFL Cup last night marked their first win from two goals down for 14 years. Jose Mourinho Blames Former Manchester United Boss for His Team Losing Streak

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho reportedly blames Louis van Gaal for the current three-game losing streak. Mourinho believes he is still dealing with the fall-out of Van Gaal’s regime and the Mirror claim he is still in the midst of retraining his players after two years under the Dutchman.

United have lost three games in a row, something that has not happened to Mourinho for 14 years, and the Portuguese has reportedly told friends his predecessor is still causing issues at the club

Mourinho thinks his current crop of players have been damaged by the stifling nature of Van Gaal’s playing style and he needs more time to teach his team to think for themselves and express themselves on the pitch.

Chelsea Tried to Sign Me in Record Transfer Bid - Alvaro Morata

Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has revealed that Chelsea failed in their summer move that would have made him the most expensive Spanish player of all time. The 23-year-old was re-signed by Madrid from Juventus this summer after the Spanish club activated his £24 million buyback clause.

But Chelsea remained keen on Morata and, according to Sport Bild, were ready to pay £60 million in order to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

‘Chelsea showed the most interest,’ the striker told Sport Bild.

Lucas Perez Uses His Left Foot Too Much for My Liking - Arsene Wenger Laments

But the Arsenal manager admits the Spaniard’s reluctance to use his right foot during games needs addressing.

He did well. He’s quick, he’s determined,’ said Wenger.

For 14 Years Chelsea DO Something They Hadn't Done in any Match

Chelsea’s remarkable comeback against Leicester City in the EFL Cup last night marked their first win from two goals down for 14 years. Incredibly, the Blues have not managed to claim victory from a two-goal deficit since a 3-2 win over Charlton Athletic in 2002, when current Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri was still their manager.

In fairness to Chelsea, they didn’t lose or concede that many goals too often in the early Jose Mourinho era, and have generally had one of the most reliable back-lines in the country for the best part of a decade.

Still, Antonio Conte won’t mind shipping two on this occasion, with his side showing tremendous spirit after the setback of losing at home to Liverpool last Friday.

Belgium and Chelsea Goal Keeper Thibaut Coutrois Admits He’s Going Back to Spain

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has again aired his desire to return to Spain and hinted he could do so as early as 2018. The 24-year-old spent three highly successful years on loan at Atletico Madrid from Chelsea before returning to the west London club, where he quickly established himself as the club’s undisputed No.1.

Despite having successfully ousted Petr Cech, who moved to Arsenal in the summer of 2015, Courtois has regularly spoken of his desire to return to Spain and has previously sent out a number of conflicting messages about his Chelsea future.

Speaking to Marca, the Belgium international revealed he would assess his options when his current contract expires in 2018, and the fact he considers himself half Spanish could ultimately influence his next move.

‘When I said goodbye [to Atletico] I had a bad time. I had cold blood, it was not easy. I cried,’ he admitted.

Is Paul Pogba Manchester United’s Messiah or Another Waste of Money Like Juan Sebastian Veron?

We’re only five games into the new Premier League campaign but for some that’s more than enough time to ascertain that the Premier League title race is destined to involve one solitary horse and that the most expensive signing in the history of the game was a total waste of money.

Can anything that costs €100 million ever be considered value for money? Paul Pogba was always going to be up against it from the moment Ed Woodward and Jose Mourinho sanctioned the purchase of the France international for a world record fee.

True, Pogba’s early performances have hinted that United might have another Juan Sebastian Veron scenario on their hands – class player, wrong league, wrong system – but it is far too early to be writing the 23-year-old off.
